Narrative:
When I moved power levers forward for takeoff the left engine torque increased to 40% while the right engine remained at zero; prop oil pressure was in yellow/red and prop RPM was 300RPM. There was noticeable yaw toward the right. I immediately retarded both power levers and the right engine oil pressure warning came on. I notified tower we were aborting and he cleared us to vacate the runway. We then returned to the ramp; and deplaned the passengers.
