Narrative:
I cleared the light transport (osu landing luk) from 16000 to 10000' thinking that I cleared him only to 11000'. Light transport descended to 10000', which put him in confliction with another aircraft at 10000'. I inadvertently issued 10000' when what I meant to say was 11000'.

Narrative: I CLRED THE LTT (OSU LNDG LUK) FROM 16000 TO 10000' THINKING THAT I CLRED HIM ONLY TO 11000'. LTT DSNDED TO 10000', WHICH PUT HIM IN CONFLICTION WITH ANOTHER ACFT AT 10000'. I INADVERTENTLY ISSUED 10000' WHEN WHAT I MEANT TO SAY WAS 11000'.
