Narrative:

Temporary restr area 6 mi southeast of lrp VOR 144 degree right. On takeoff runway 8 tower advised us regarding the restr area and to remain north on 120 degree radial. On returning to airport ssw on 160 degree radial partial penetration of restr area. No NOTAMS on lancaster computer terminal at XA00 am XB00 am or XC00 am. Please see that NOTAMS are put on computer.
