#1 oil pressure light came on at cruise accompanied with low oil pressure of 20 psi. Descending to 5 psi and quantity decreasing from approximately 3 gallons down to just about 0. Precautionary shutdown was made, to prevent engine from seizing in flight fuel was dumped down to keep from landing over memphis. An emergency was declared and an uneventful approach and landing was made at jacksonville, fl.
