Narrative:
Thirty seconds of clear air turbulence; possible wake from crossing traffic; seat belt sign on; no warning from radar or ATC/other aircraft. Flight attendant injured her head in fall; she then treated bump with ice and advil. Also [two other] flight attendants received bruises from being tossed by turbulence. All 3 flight attendants reported to [medical] clinic after landing and clearing customs on their own.

Title: B767 Captain reported minor flight attendant injuries resulted from a wake vortex encounter in cruise flight at FL320.
Narrative: Thirty seconds of clear air turbulence; possible wake from crossing traffic; seat belt sign on; no warning from radar or ATC/other aircraft.
