Narrative:
I was waiting to depart runway 04 at easton municipal airport at the taxiway runway intersection while an small aircraft Y was on final. The small aircraft Y landed and rolled out. As its nose started to turn off the runway I took the runway and immediately commenced a short field takeoff. The small aircraft Y owner later accused me of taking off on top of her. The runway is 4000' long. I know I did not take off over her for these reasons: it is a violation of the FARS. I was watching the small aircraft Y the entire time because I am interested in getting a multi rating. I was distracted by the small aircraft Y. Four hard bounces before it settled on to the runway. Both planes were on the runway at the same time but the small aircraft Y was taxiing off as I was taxiing on.

Title: GA SMA TOOK OFF FROM NON TWR ARPT BEFORE ALLOWING PREVIOUS LNDG GA SMA TWIN TO SUFFICIENTLY CLEAR RWY ENVIRONMENT.
Narrative: I WAS WAITING TO DEPART RWY 04 AT EASTON MUNICIPAL ARPT AT THE TXWY RWY INTXN WHILE AN SMA Y WAS ON FINAL. THE SMA Y LANDED AND ROLLED OUT. AS ITS NOSE STARTED TO TURN OFF THE RWY I TOOK THE RWY AND IMMEDIATELY COMMENCED A SHORT FIELD TKOF. THE SMA Y OWNER LATER ACCUSED ME OF TAKING OFF ON TOP OF HER. THE RWY IS 4000' LONG. I KNOW I DID NOT TAKE OFF OVER HER FOR THESE REASONS: IT IS A VIOLATION OF THE FARS. I WAS WATCHING THE SMA Y THE ENTIRE TIME BECAUSE I AM INTERESTED IN GETTING A MULTI RATING. I WAS DISTRACTED BY THE SMA Y. FOUR HARD BOUNCES BEFORE IT SETTLED ON TO THE RWY. BOTH PLANES WERE ON THE RWY AT THE SAME TIME BUT THE SMA Y WAS TAXIING OFF AS I WAS TAXIING ON.
