Narrative:

At sunrise the captain and I had to perform an aborted takeoff due to another foreign carrier's aircraft that ignored instructions from tower and proceeded to taxi onto the runway. It all started around when we were given clearance to pushback and start engines; after we ran checklist we were given instructions to 'taxi to runway 35 via B; back taxi on 35; and advise when ready to depart'. As we were back taxing on the runway; I heard tower give the mexican air carrier clearance to push and start engines. As we were positioning the aircraft for departure; I heard tower give the mexican aircraft clearance to taxi up too and short of runway 35 via B. As soon as tower was done giving their clearance the other crew acknowledged instructions back to the tower. As soon as they were done talking; I then proceeded to ask tower for clearance for departure off of runway 35. They gave us clearance to takeoff runway 35 report leaving 13;000 for 15;000. I acknowledged clearance; proceeded to finish before takeoff checklist. Since I was the pilot flying I proceeded to advance the thrust levers to takeoff power; captain called '80 KTS'; I said 'crosscheck.' he followed by stating 'abort takeoff another aircraft is on the runway'. Captain and I next performed the aborted takeoff procedures. Everybody was all safe; we ran all of our checklists and got clearance to takeoff again runway 35. If there were any threats I would have to say was that it was very hard to see the other aircraft taxi onto the runway because the distance from taxiway B to approach end of runway 35 is very long; and it was because of the other aircraft's landing lights that were on we were able to see them.
