Narrative:

While taxiing to the gate; I observed the following potential hazards: 1) poor lighting conditions on the ramp and the lack of operating taxi lights surrounding the east side of the ramp; 2) poorly marked gate lead-in line and lack of lead-in line to the gate lead-in line; and 3) no ramp edge strip to define the edge of the concrete ramp and grass at that surrounds the ramp. The ramp and grass blend together during low visibility and when frost forms.
