Narrative:

On ILS DME back course approach, incorrectly set DME on VOR hold position. Used this DME position for fianl approach fix instead of DME on the ILS. Descended prematurely to min altitude from VOR DME in lieu of ILS DME. Fortunately no terrain or obstruction clearance problem. A headwork down.
