Narrative:

28C takeoff with clearance, 'turn left to heading 200 degrees.' came in conflict with twin engine propeller who had missed approach on 28L. Rolled out of turn back toward runway heading and informed tower. We heard the other aircraft call missed approach and receive instructions to climb to 3000'/runway heading. We saw the aircraft conflicting with our course and took appropriate action. We passed within 200'. Supplemental information from acn 104402: our crew understood the tower to have given the light aircraft a missed approach procedure of maintain runway heading to 3000'. Our crew did tell the tower, however, they didn't seem to think there was a problem.

Narrative: 28C TKOF WITH CLRNC, 'TURN LEFT TO HDG 200 DEGS.' CAME IN CONFLICT WITH TWIN ENG PROP WHO HAD MISSED APCH ON 28L. ROLLED OUT OF TURN BACK TOWARD RWY HDG AND INFORMED TWR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 104402: OUR CREW UNDERSTOOD THE TWR TO HAVE GIVEN THE LIGHT ACFT A MISSED APCH PROC OF MAINTAIN RWY HDG TO 3000'. OUR CREW DID TELL THE TWR, HOWEVER, THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO THINK THERE WAS A PROB.
