Soon after takeoff noticed decling oil pressure and oil quantity in number 1. As soon as practical; reviewed checklist and shut down the engine. Dumped fuel and returned.

Title: Air Carrier Relief Pilot reports decreasing oil pressure and quantity on the number one engine shortly after takeoff. The engine is shut down; fuel is dumped; and the flight returns to the departure airport.
