Narrative:
I was departing teb on teb 8 SID off of runway 24. The SID states fly runway heading to 1;500 ft then turn right to a heading of 280. On this day we received a TA from an aircraft in the direction we needed to turn. As the pilot flying; I failed to maintain a standard rate turn which caused us to go south of the depicted track.
