Narrative:

During multi-engine training an intentional feather was performed on the right engine. Unable to get out of feather. Notified lvk tower but declared no emergency and requested no assistance at any time. Landed with left engine operative only. Unfeathering accumulator probable culprit. Exhausted all other methods of engine starting (priming, manual start, etc). Received no priority at any time.
