Departed and nose gear would not retract; shown down and locked. [We] executed checklist emergency gear disagree; and contacted maintenance; dispatch; maintenance control; ATC. [We] were instructed to proceed to a nearby international airport. [We] asked for trucks to standby [and] landed with no further issues. Nose gear had been replaced within days of the flight.
