Narrative:

Cleared to cross cedes intersection at 10000'. Captain was flying. I called his attention to the fact that we were going to be high at cedes, he did not care or so it would seem. I then called ZOA and told them we would be high at cedes. We crossed cedes at 13500. The captain's reply to me was 'it really is no big deal'. Supplemental information from acn 100418: the first officer pointed out to the captain on at least 2 occasions that he was going to be high at cedes. The captain said he knew and that it didn't really matter.
