Narrative:

Landed on runway 4L, tower called me and I was instructed to hold short of runway 4R on intersection echo, so I did. Tower called me back and told me to cross runway 4R and contact ground control, so I did. I crossed runway 4R very slowly and as I was switching frequencys I was coming to stop when I saw this small transport coming from my left to right southwest direction on taxiway charlie very fast. I made stop still on echo. The small transport kept coming on my direction west/O slowing down or trying to avoid me. From that point there was nothing I could do. He rammed me while I was still. The hit was with his right wing tank (wing tip) on my nose. I cut the engines immediately. The small transport kept going and made a left 180 degree turn and stopped. I looked back at my passenger and saw that they were ok, so I decided to start my engines. Called ground control and told him I was able to move so as not to obstruct the intersection and taxied to parking.
