Narrative:

Load planning called dispatch shortly after takeoff and said that a flight had illegal weights. She said that finalized weights showed 91 passengers; seven first class and 84 in coach. These weights were finalized by the computer and sent to the flight crew. Then passenger service changed the passenger count which invalidated weights. However; the flight had been out too long so load planning didn't get an invalid message alert.once the load planner saw the new count she realized the flight was tail heavy and called dispatch. Dispatch contacted the flight and asked them to move one passenger to first class and to block row 34.
