Narrative:

Radio bleed/interference from FM station 107.7 (can hear plainly call letters) that keeps you from hearing unicom. As long as aircraft radios are on the bleed is so severe the volume control cannot remove the FM station. The aircraft frequency does not matter. The radio station needs to be checked for proper operation. Callback conversation with reporter revealed following information. Advised to contact the FCC office and explain the problem. His aircraft does have squelch control and he has had the same problem on 3 different aircraft. Problem has been on-going for some time. Possible the FM station is operating at a higher power output than authorized.
