Narrative:

During cruise we experienced a fault with the #2 IRU. Performed the procedures outlined in the QRH checklist and the problem was corrected. Approximately 15 minutes later; the copilots pfd and nd lost attitude; heading; map; etc information. The flight directors on both sides were lost and the autopilot also failed. The captain's side map display also failed. I checked the standby compass and confirmed the captain's heading information appeared correct. He continued to hand fly using the VOR. We declared an emergency and relayed the status of our flight information display and navigation capability to ATC. We were given vectors and flew a visual approach to an otherwise uneventful landing.
