Narrative:
Enroute at cruise; FL360; felt and heard a thump on the left side of the aircraft. Immediately noticed that the L1 window was cracked and spider webbed from the lower left corner; 2/3 of the way across. Pulled out the QRH and went through the window damage checklist. No inner damage or air leak was detected; so the decision was made to continue to our destination. Descent and landing were normal; with the first officer making the landing.
