Narrative:

While departing sbgl off of runway 15 on the botom 1A SID; we got a green laser light coming in from the right side of the cockpit. It hit the first officer side; but he was not affected negatively from the laser. It appeared green in color and lasted only a few seconds. We did notify sbgl departure control of the laser encounter.

Narrative: While departing SBGL off of Runway 15 on the BOTOM 1A SID; we got a green laser light coming in from the right side of the cockpit.
