Narrative:
Aircraft X was cleared for takeoff on runway 17. No other aircraft were on final to that runway or crossing downfield. Just prior to rotational speed; aircraft Y crossed runway 17 on taxiway C. Aircraft B was instructed to hold short of the runway by ATC. Being at rotational speed; aircraft X rotated and climbed out.

Title: A Beech Baron pilot described a runway incursion event that involved an aircraft crossing the runway in front of another aircraft on the takeoff roll.
Narrative: Aircraft X was cleared for takeoff on Runway 17. No other aircraft were on final to that runway or crossing downfield. Just prior to rotational speed; Aircraft Y crossed Runway 17 on Taxiway C. Aircraft B was instructed to hold short of the runway by ATC. Being at rotational speed; Aircraft X rotated and climbed out.
