Narrative:
Aircraft X was cleared for takeoff on runway 17. No other aircraft were on final to that runway or crossing downfield. Just prior to rotational speed; aircraft Y crossed runway 17 on taxiway C. Aircraft B was instructed to hold short of the runway by ATC. Being at rotational speed; aircraft X rotated and climbed out.

Narrative: Aircraft X was cleared for takeoff on Runway 17. No other aircraft were on final to that runway or crossing downfield.
