Narrative:

While working ground control aircraft X exited runway 21 at A-10 and was instructed to taxi to parking via a and hold short of A-8. The aircraft read back the hold short; he then taxied through the intersection and nearly 't-boned' another aircraft joining a at A-8. In my opinion; and also based on the pilots statements; the airport signage is woefully inadequate. If the airport installed better signage it would help to reduce the chance of this happening again.
