Narrative:
The LJ45 was filed as a /Q; but was not qualified for rvsm airspace. This was only in remarks section of the flight plan. It should have been noted as a /right.

Title: Two non-RVSM LR45's were ferried at FL430 and although the aircraft equipment was RVSM capable; the FAA LOA was not issued and the flights were erroneously filed as if they were actually RVSM capable.
Narrative: The LJ45 was filed as a /Q; but was not qualified for RVSM airspace. This was only in remarks section of the flight plan. It should have been noted as a /R.
