Narrative:

On departure we got a bleed one overpressure warning followed by a bleed one fail message. We were assigned a level off altitude of 6;000 MSL due to orbiting GA traffic. We leveled off and I started running the QRH when I heard a TCAS RA go off. The first officer flew the RA as directed; which barely needed a pitch change. I then finished running the QRH and the rest of the flight went uneventfully.
