Narrative:
Training at the time. A mooney descended from 080 to 070; with traffic at 070 on his own. I took over and turned the mooney to 180 heading immediately to maintain separation.

Title: Enroute Controller providing OJT noted an unauthorized descend by an IFR MO21 to an occupied altitude; intervened issuing an immediate heading and saved separation.
Narrative: Training at the time. A Mooney descended from 080 to 070; with traffic at 070 on his own. I took over and turned the Mooney to 180 heading immediately to maintain separation.
