Narrative:
Traffic volume had just slowed down; I relaxed my focus for a few seconds; and then I gave an A319 a clearance to descend to FL300 from FL350 to meet ZOB LOA. I over looked a B737 at FL340. I re-cleared the A319 to FL350 and tried to clear the B737 to descend to FL320 but misspoke and cleared the B737 to FL340. When I tried to correct myself; the B737 and I stepped on each other twice.

Title: Enroute Controller described a loss of separation event when failing to note conflicting traffic prior to a descent clearance and then having corrective clearances blocked.
Narrative: Traffic volume had just slowed down; I relaxed my focus for a few seconds; and then I gave an A319 a clearance to descend to FL300 from FL350 to meet ZOB LOA.
