Narrative:

Revelle north airspace went active to FL600. Nellis range control called me and asked if I knew that the airspace was hot. I said I did not and that I would get aircraft X out of it. Recommendations: 1. Current procedures are that sector 47 releases airspace in sector 45. I would change that to where each sector releases their own airspace. 2. Create a conflict alert for the data block when an aircraft is going to enter active airspace.
