Narrative:

We were on a visual approach to runway 27 at bos. The weather was clear and the winds were steady out of the west at ten knots. At 200' AGL; we received a wind shear warning. We performed a go-around; and when I looked at the radar display; it was in a test pattern. We returned for another approach; and received the exact same warning at 200' AGL. It lasted only long enough for the aural warning; and then the radar indicated the test pattern. There are several reports concerning the same issue for bos.
