Narrative:
We arrived at the aircraft about 40 minutes late. The plane had been there for over an hour. Dispatch fueled the jet to 20.5 (8;000 pounds tanker fuel). 137 passengers were boarded plus one cockpit rider. The agent comes up and says that we are 1;900 pounds over ATOG (132.9 landing limited); so she decided to pull nine passengers and the jumpseater. The final loading schedule was ZFW 112;566; tow 132;961. We departed over an hour late uneventfully. About 20 minutes into the flight we got an ACARS message from dispatcher. It read; 'just received a call from operations supervisor apparently agent added bags after the fact; 415 pounds freight in aft; tow 133;560 ZFW 113;165.' we were 600 pounds over landing limited ATOG. The captain and I did some rough calculations as to not land overweight and decided to configure early for landing. We landed at a weight of 126.9.
