Narrative:
A C182 came from P80 with 9;000 in the flight plan; however he checked in climbing to 11;000 ft. I called P80 to ask if they forgot to forward the altitude change in their computer and they said no; they received an accept message on that amendment. This appears to be an eram event. Recommendation; automated coordination working as it should.
