Narrative:

I was working problem tickets for eram. R-side working sector 44/33 called me over to write a ticket on flight plan processing. Aircraft X kslc. Wevic. Cdc. GRNPA1. Klas. The controller told me after urnuw; the pilot was proceeding direct bce. Being a cpc in this area; I was aware that there is no bce transition on the wevic departure and that aircraft typically proceed cdc after urnuw. The pilot and controller exchanged quite a few transmissions trying to figure what was wrong. I have had a few pilots ask where do we go after urnuw on this departure. The aircraft are always going to klas. There is some confusion due to going straight from the SID to the STAR. (Wevic to grnpa).
