Narrative:

We were on the ILS [runway] 19 approach between unvil and tuggz. We noticed traffic on our mfds and started looking outside. The traffic on our mfd changed to magenta and red. The aural warning began with 'traffic; traffic' and changed to 'climb climb.' I climbed using the flight director; which turned red and eventually green once the aircraft is positioned away from the conflict. In the climb; I spotted the traffic. It was low (roughly 200 ft away from us). The aircraft was crossing from our right to our left through the arrival path of runway 19. Once the conflict was resolved the aural warning said; 'clear of conflict' or 'clear of traffic.' teb tower asked what our intentions were. We responded that we were responding to an RA and we would proceed on the ILS. The traffic was no longer a conflict and we were easily back on the glide slope without much of a problem. The aircraft looked like a small cessna 172 type that was completely unaware of where they were.
