Narrative:

After runup holding announced departure on runway 5 at deland airport; one aircraft had just turned base about a mile out and another on downwind abeam the numbers. After lining up and adding full power I noticed the biplane had begun what looked like an aerobatic maneuver descending rapidly cutting-off the other aircraft on final and passed overhead on my left side; climbing out leaving the area. I did not get the north number of the hotdog pilot.
