Narrative:

While on a night visual approach to runway 22 at rdm we received a terrain warning. I increased pitch and added power. Then the pull up warning illuminated; but all warning indicators immediately cleared. I continued on to land without further event. I am aware of that terrain and had it in sight; as well as can be done in the dark. The terrain was also laterally offset to our flight path. I must have missed judged the distance to the terrain. Fatigue is also a factor with eleven plus hours of duty.
