Narrative:
I am a base mechanic for an air taxi company. Was preforming a routine daily check on a eurocopter ec- 135t2 aircraft; when I discovered a 13mm wrench on the left-hand side of the main transmission deck. I then notified the director of maintenance. He then directed me to file a report. Lack of tool control.
