Narrative:

On approach we extended the landing gear for landing and the right main gear did not indicate down and locked. We leveled off; executed a go-around/flyby for the tower to visually confirm the landing gear was down. They indicated that it was. We followed the abnormal checklist and confirmed that the gear was indeed down and locked per the checklist (ascertained the bulbs had burned out and the standby panel indicated the gear was down) and proceeded with a normal landing. Maintenance confirmed that in fact both bulbs had burned out.
