Narrative:

During climb out at approximately 11;000 ft or so the cabin warning light illuminated. We immediately requested a descent to 10;000 ft to troubleshoot the problem. After selecting the pressurization controller switch to manual; then back to auto; and confirming the position of the cabin rate knobs; etc; we managed to get the pressurization working again. About the same time we were working this problem; the first officer's altimeter failed and the first officer's ivsi failed. Shortly after; the transponder mode C failed; the altitude preselect failed; the flight director; and the 802 panel froze up and would not reset. After approximately four minutes; all started working again; and then the #2 bleed hot caution light illuminated intermittently. We followed the checklist and shut off the #2 bleed. After contacting the company; we returned for a normal landing. Flight was a reposition part 91 flight. Multiple equipment failures were detected.

Title: DHC8 Captain experienced a cabin altitude warning passing 11;000 FT during climb on a reposition flight. Once the pressurization problem is corrected it is noted that the First Officer's static instruments have failed along with transponder mode C. Four minutes later all returns to normal; then number two bleed hot caution illuminates. Number two bleed is shut off and crew elects to return to departure airport.
