Narrative:

[We had a] near mid air collision with a glider directly over stw (stillwater) VOR at an MSL altitude of 5;000 ft. The near miss resulted in an RA and evasive maneuvers to miss the glider. ATC was promptly notified. The glider did not appear to have a transponder; as no warning was issued by ATC and our TCAS system did not give an RA until the glider was very close.
