Narrative:

In cruise at FL340 with autopilot on we noticed a sudden engine surge followed by the first officer's navigation display jumping erratically. We switched from autopilot 2 to autopilot 1 and switched air data to first officer 3 which stopped erratic display and engine surge. Then we began to get ECAM overspeed warnings intermittently. This continued until we descended to FL300 and FL280 since we were no longer rvsm capable. We continued the flight with manual autothrottles and autopilot 1 engaged. No further issues were noted and we notified dispatch and maintenance control of all information and were told [we were] ok to continue.
