On takeoff to warning horn sounded; rejected takeoff; called maiantenance. I cycled flaps and trim wheel; ran up airplane; no fix. Returned to gate. Maintenance replaced flap indicator.

Title: A DHC8-300's flap indicator failed before takeoff so that the Takeoff Warning Horn sounded on takeoff and the Captain rejected. Maintenance replaced the flap indicator.
