Narrative:

[I] did not arm door 1R sat position number 2. [I] didn't hear prepare then caught up with duties in business cabin....very tired was having a difficult time entire flight with staying awake crew scheduling had called early in the morning to inform me that I was converted to work flight then they called again at a little over 4 hours later to inform me that aircraft was now a wide body. I was hoping to sleep for 4.5 hours as I had not slept well since they [first] woke me. On my next flight I was nodding off on the jumpseat and with that happening I realized that I should have called off fatigued. We all fear that as we fear an ugly reassignment as a repercussion or a reassignment into a day off.
