Narrative:
Our flight plan included a waypoint plk N1400.4 E10801.5. The enroute navigation charts do not have this waypoint. Far east high/low altitude enroute chart number 3 and 4; effective december 16; 2010 does not have plk on G474 but it does have pk NDB located at N1400.4 E108.00.5; not the same location as the flight plan waypoint plk. No NOTAM provided in flight papers for this issue of the flight plan not matching the current chart. No NOTAM provided for an apparent airway change. Enroute chart NOTAMS found to be missing before in flight planning papers; nothing seems to be improved or fixed.

Narrative: Our flight plan included a waypoint PLK N1400.4 E10801.5. The enroute navigation charts do not have this waypoint.
