Narrative:
Aircraft Y landed on runway xx and exited at taxiway zz. Aircraft X was conducting a touch and go on runway xx. Ground control coordinated with me to cross runway yy with aircraft Y. I approved the runway crossing not realizing that aircraft X was on the go on runway yy. The controller in charge notified both ground control and myself; and ground tried to contact aircraft Y; but the ground frequency was busy from another aircraft. Closest proximity was approximately 1650' lateral and 200' vertical. Recommendation; perform an effective scan when coordinating runway crossings.
