Narrative:

I needed to fly my aircraft to F45 to replace a failed transponder. On the way down (VFR) I talked to several tower controllers. Between that I was trying to get AWOS at F45 and put in the CTAF at F45. Could not get AWOS and unicom was 123.075; but I put in the radio 123.75. [Therefore]; I did not hear any traffic in the pattern and so I made a right turn to land on runway 26L. Runway 8R was the active runway and as I touched down; the plane taking off on runway 8R passed over me about 300 ft above. Never again.
