Narrative:

The day after flying on aircraft XXX; I experienced throat and bronchial irritation. I haven't been able to fly since then (11 days later) and the symptoms are getting worse. As this aircraft has a history of toxic air contamination maintenance needs to be aware of a possible problem with the pneumatic seals. As these fumes are sometimes odorless no entry was made in the cockpit log book at the time of the flight. The symptoms appear to be something other than a cold or flu; possible migration of engine oil into the pneumatic system. Suggestions: test for organic phosphates in the pneumatic system.
