Narrative:

On landing rollout I attempted to deploy thrust reversers but only the armed lights illuminated along with the flashing master warning lights. The aircraft seemed to be decelerating normally on brakes but when we got close to taxi speed the brakes lost effectiveness. I announced that we had no brakes and emergency brakes were used to slow the aircraft. After the aircraft was shut down we immediately noticed that the main landing gear struts were extended farther than we had ever seen. This was strange because the struts appeared normal on preflight and this was the second leg we had flown since we had the struts serviced with no problems noted on the previous leg.

Title: A BE-400XP Captain reported loss of braking effectiveness after landing. Emergency brakes were used to stop the aircraft; and after shutdown the flight crew noticed the main landing gear struts appeared to be extended beyond the normal range.
