Narrative:
A regional jet CL65 departed early and received a 6 minute tma delay. N90; without coordination; suspended the flight as it climbed into ZOB's airspace. Suspending a flight causes the dct to drop off and the flight disappears from the meter list. Recommendation; uncoordinated changes have happen on a daily basis since inception. TRACON control of a enroute tool is the root problem.
