General electric ge cf-34 engine received from quick engine change (qec) vendor with [FAA-8130] serviceable tag. Refer to component work order for discrepancies noted. Significant items noted were: 1) worn bushing for auto throttle retarder (ATR) bellcrank pivot point mounting.2) 10th stage bleed duct mounting bracket incorrect position.3) loose mounting bolts at engine mount bracket that secures the diverter fairing.4) fuel control unit (FCU) at idle set point; not set correctly.5) unable to connect idg oil hose (scavenge) to idg; found routing and clamping incorrect.production oversight needs improvement to assure the installations of quick engine change items are correct and quality assurance oversight to check [that] all the installations are correct.

Title: An Engine Shop Mechanic reports numerous maintenance discrepancies found on another General Electric (GE) CF-34 engine received from a Contract Maintenance Vendor performing Quick Engine Change (QEC) repairs. Lack of Quality Assurance oversight by his air carrier also noted.
