Narrative:

Aircraft X departed runway 1R; then aircraft Y departed runway 28L. Aircraft X rotated in the intersection of the runways 1R/28L; aircraft Y rotated in the intersection of the runways as well. Earlier in the session; aircraft Z(B763) and aircraft west(B772) both departing runway 28L; in the same meteorological conditions; rotated after passing through runway 1/right. I believed that aircraft Y would rotate even further down field. Recommendation; I do not know how much more information we can get from the pilots that would provide accurate feedback to expectation of their performance. This has blurred the ability to do the job straightforward; and creates a question of the expected outcome results. I do not know what would bring about a change that needs to happen.
